Nassef & Partners International is a firm of certified accountants and consultants registered in Egypt, providing accounting, audit, taxation, corporate legal and ERP advisory services.

2. What we collect, and when
We only collect information you choose to give us through a form on this website. We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles of visitors who simply browse the site.

3. Why we use it
We use the information above only for the purpose you provided it for:
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the professional services you ask about.
- To arrange, confirm or reschedule an appointment with one of our partners.
- To assess your job application and contact you about it.
- To review a testimonial before publication. Testimonials are moderated and are only published after review; your email address is never published.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not send newsletters or promotional email unless you have specifically asked us to.
4. Legal basis for processing
Depending on the situation, we rely on one of the following:
- Your consent — when you submit a form voluntarily.
- Steps prior to a contract — when your enquiry concerns engaging us for professional services.
- Legitimate interests — keeping reasonable records of enquiries and running our website securely.
- Legal obligation — where accounting, audit or tax law requires us to retain certain records.
5. Who can see your information
Your information is seen by the NPI partners and staff who need it to respond to you. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
We share data outside the firm only in these cases:
- Service providers who operate parts of our infrastructure — our email provider, which transmits messages generated by these forms, and our hosting provider, which runs the website and its database. They process data on our instructions only.
- Where the law requires it — for example a binding request from a regulator, tax authority or court.
6. Where your data is stored
Website data is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider. Email sent through this site is handled by our email provider, whose servers may be located outside Egypt. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers under their standard contractual terms.

When a retention period ends, we delete the information or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
8. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave — this does not affect earlier processing.
Email info@npiegypt.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for making a request.
These rights apply under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020). If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the equivalent rights under the GDPR apply, and you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
9. Security
Data submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to stored information is limited to the partners and staff who need it, and accounts are protected by individually hashed passwords.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach ever affects your personal data and creates a real risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10. Children
This website provides business services and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Other websites
Our pages link to third-party sites — for example our LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube profiles, and embedded video content. This policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their own policies.
12. Cookies
This site uses very little browser storage. The details are set out in our Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Where a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will make that clear on the site.
