The firm was established by Mr. Mahmoud Nassef, drawing upon a distinguished career built within numerous reputable accounting and audit firms known for their vast expertise in the Egyptian market. This rich professional journey culminated in his role as a Manager Consultant at AGN International and other leading accounting firms and companies, where he led complex portfolios in international accounting, taxation, and audit. Built on this foundation of trust and board-level advisory experience, the firm was launched to provide a unique blend of technical rigor and strategic business insight.
Marking a pivotal milestone, the firm transitioned into a partnership structure, officially rebranding as Nassef & Partners International (NPI Egypt). By integrating high-caliber partners into our leadership, we expanded our capacity to serve as a trusted international provider. During this phase, we solidified our core strengths in Company Establishment, Audit & Assurance, and both Egyptian and International Tax services, becoming a vital bridge for businesses operating across borders.
Today, NPI continues its steady growth by evolving into a multidisciplinary consultancy.
