Mahmoud has led numerous corporate tax restructuring and planning projects, identified and mitigated tax risks, and provided strategic advice on transfer pricing across diverse industries. He has delivered high-impact tax and financial solutions to prominent global companies such as Deezer SA, Italgen SPA, and CAF SA, serving a broad range of sectors including hospitality, manufacturing, finance, oil and gas, contracting, construction, food and beverage, trading, insurance, and petroleum. Mahmoud is a member of the Egyptian Record of Chartered Accountants, the Egyptian Society of Taxation (MEST), and the Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors (ESAA). He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Ain Shams University and regularly participates in national and international accounting and tax conferences, seminars, and training programs.
